Install Image Depot Express Manually

Installation
1. Insert CD - Installation Program should launch automatically. (If installation page does not launch automatically, skip to Install Image Depot Express Manually.)
2. AFS ImageDepot Express – Install Shield Wizard page, click Next.
3. License Agreement Page – Select “I accept the terms in the license agreement,” click Next.
4. Enter the Serial Number provided by Johnson Bank, select Next. (The serial number will only need to be entered during the initial installation, but must be entered at every computer that uses CD-ROM.)
5. Destination Folder – Click Next to install into the default folder or click Change to select a different folder.
6. Setup Type – Select Complete, click Next
7. Ready to install the program – Click Install (Installation will take several minutes).
8. Following successful installation, continue to Loading CD.

Install Image Depot Express Manually
1. From Windows task bar, select Start.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Control panel.
4. Select Add/Remove Programs.
5. Select Add New Programs.
6. Select Install Program from CD-ROM or Floppy.
7. Select Next.
8. Browse to Find CD-ROM drive.
9. Double left click on Vision Folder.
10. Double left click on Depot Express.
11. Double left click on Viewer.
12. Double left click on Setup.exe.
13. Select Finish.
14. Select Next.
15. Return to Step 3 in the above installation instructions.

Loading CD
1. Double click on the ImageDepot Express icon.
2. From the main screen, click on Database and select Configure.
3. From the Database Configuration screen select Reset/Clear button and Select Yes at the prompt to remove all data and indexes. Click OK.
4. From the main screen, click on Database and select Load Statement CD.
5. After loading the CD-ROM the Check Search/Query screen will appear. From this screen you can perform the following:
a. View and print deposit account statements.
b. Search for specific checks or deposits by amount.
c. Search for specific checks or deposits by account number.
d. Search for specific checks by serial number.

View Statements
View and/or print deposit account statement(s):
1. Click on Select Statement icon (appears as 2 pages) from the toolbar. To open statement, in statement column double left click on the Account Number of desired statement to view.
2. To print statement, after Adobe Reader opens, select Print icon.

Viewing and Printing Checks
View and/or print Checks:
1. Open the Query screen by simultaneously pressing the Cntl + Q keys on the keyboard or from the toolbar, Highlight Database, and select Query Checks.
2. Input account number and, if known, search criteria.
3. If the search criteria are unknown, input the Account Number to search all checks and deposits for the month, click Query.
4. To view individual items, click on any cell within the line of data and the front and rear image will appear.
5. Sort and/or hide columns by hovering over the column, right click on mouse and select sort order desired.
6. Tag items for follow up by clicking on the tag box next to the item.
7. To print, highlight item(s) or checkmark the tag box (es) of the item(s) you wish to print. Select Print Icon from the ImageDepot check print screen, select print criteria and click Print.

Exporting Data from CD-ROM to Excel
Exporting to Microsoft Excel copies the entire contents of an Item Browser worksheet to an Excel workbook. When you export to Excel, information in the Tag and Media Columns are ignored.

Exporting worksheet content directly to Excel
1. Place the mouse pointer anywhere in the check detail list and right click on the mouse button.
2. Choose Export | MS EXCEL. ImageDepot Express will start Excel, open a workbook and paste the contents of the item browser worksheet into a blank Excel worksheet. (This may take a minute.) After complete, you will see the new Excel file which you can save to your PC.
