  • Bank statements and images of the front and back of each check can be viewed, and printed, from your personal computer.
  • Special viewing software is not required. Plus, query, viewing, printing and exporting features make research, reconciliation and retrieval tasks easy.
  • CD-ROM allows you to search by dollar amount, check number and account number to reduce research time.

EDI Reporting
Financial Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) uses the ACH network to transport payment and remittance detail between buyers, sellers and financial institutions. This simplifies and accelerates the exchange of payments. When your company chooses EDI reporting you'll get timely information regarding electronic deposits to your account.

With EDI Reporting, you can reduce expenses associated with processing paper receivables, eliminate the float associated with processing paper checks, and improve your cash management.

Cash Management Fraud Prevention Services
Johnson Bank Cash Management Fraud Prevention Services provide your company with a number of options to safeguard your company against the possibility of check and ACH fraud.

Check Positive Pay
Check Positive Pay identifies possible fraudulent items by comparing client provided check issue information to checks presented for payment at Johnson Bank. When an exception item is identified, Johnson Bank will notify the your company of the exception(s). This gives you the option of paying the item or returning the item to the depositing bank.

ACH Debit Filter Positive Pay
The ACH Debit Filter Positive Pay system identifies unauthorized ACH debit items by comparing a list of authorized debitors against ACH debit transactions presented against the Johnson Bank deposit account. In the event of an unauthorized transaction, Johnson Bank will notify you of exceptions. This gives you the option of allowing the ACH debit to post to the account or returning the item to the originating bank.

ACH Blocks
ACH Blocking helps prevent potential ACH fraud by blocking all ACH credit and/or debit activity from posting to your account. All transactions — regardless of credit or debit — are returned to the originating bank.

Positive Pay
Positive Pay - Bank Match: Your company sends a file of issued checks to Johnson bank. As checks are presented to Johnson Bank, they are matched by serial number and amount to the issued file. Johnson Bank then delivers a report of any exception items to your company. You instruct Johnson Bank to pay or return these items.

Reverse Positive Pay - Company Match: Johnson Bank sends you a daily transmission of checks presented for payment. Your company matches this file to your records of issued checks and provides Johnson Bank with a listing of items to be returned unpaid.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Blocks
Automated Clearing House Blocks are another way to protect your company against ACH fraud. They can be an inexpensive solution to prevent unauthorized electronic transactions. The ACH debits and/or credits are automatically blocked from posting to the customer's account and returned to the originating bank.
