Merchant capture. Distributed image capture. Corporate capture. While the technology is known by many names, one thing is for certain: this remarkable innovation is shaping the future of the payment processing industry. And Johnson Bank is seizing the opportunity with the introduction of DepositPartner. Benefits include:
- Convenience - Captures deposits in any office, business location or processing center, eliminating the need for checks to be transported to the bank.
- Reduced Transportation Costs – Physical transportation costs are also reduced or eliminated.
- Risk Reduction – You and your employees are no longer at risk transporting deposits to the bank.
- Reduce Banking Costs – Clients can consolidate regional or nationwide deposits to a single account, thereby substantially reducing cash concentration costs.
- Enhanced Operational Efficiencies – Incorporates recognition technology that improves speed and accuracy in the capture process and results in major savings in data entry/processing time, error reduction and balancing routines.
- Streamline Receivables Management – Deposit information can be exported to an Excel format. This information could be imported into a client’s A/R system. This would streamline the processing of accounts for the client, and may improve accuracy by eliminating re-entry of information.
- Extended Deposit Window – Deposits can be prepared and transmitted when convenient for the client. Deposits sent on any business day by 7PM CST receive same day credit.
- Data Security – Performs data transmission between merchant and bank using the latest digital encryption.
- Flexibility and Scalability – Supports small single user systems and large payment processing environments.
DepositPartner leads to greater efficiency, cost savings and decreased risk. Call your Johnson Bank associate to discuss implementation.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Collection
ACH collection is ideal for recurring payments such as membership dues, lease or loan payments, utility payments or charitable contributions. Benefits include:
- Automatically collect payments from authorized customer accounts.
- Improve your cash flow by speeding up payment times (as compared to receiving payments by mail).
- Eliminate the float associated with paper checks.
- Save time and money by reducing bills, deposit preparation and receivable posting.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Blocks
Safeguard your company against ACH fraud. With ACH Blocks, ACH debits and or credits are automatically blocked from posting to your account.
ACH Blocking is an inexpensive solution which prevents unauthorized electronic transactions.

Deposits are displayed by location code and date.
-
Track checks, non-check debits, and credits posted to an account.
-
Statements display check numbers, paid dates, amounts and control numbers.
-
Eliminate service fees associated with maintaining accounts for different locations.
-
Consolidated statement saves time, provides greater internal control and efficiency, tracks sales by location or division and ensure adequate funds for necessary payments.
Deposit Reporting
Deposit Reporting, also known as cash concentration, is a convenient way to move idle funds from remote locations or regional lockboxes to your concentration account at Johnson Bank. It improves cash flow while reducing funds transfer costs.
Using a touch-tone telephone or personal computer, deposit information is reported into the system by a remote location or home office. The reported amount is then transferred from your account at another financial institution to your account at Johnson Bank via an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction.
Lockbox Service
Lockbox service lets you instruct your customers to mail payments to a unique post office box location. Payments are retrieved and processed daily by Johnson Bank professionals and deposited into your checking account. This increases the availability of funds, reduces the workload associated with processing daily bank deposits and eliminates the need to travel to the bank to make deposits.
Wire Transfers
With Johnson Bank's Wire Transfer Service you can initiate domestic and international transfers through Johnson Online Cash Management or by telephone. Because you can transfer funds quickly, you can maximize the use of your funds for investment or debt paydown purposes.
Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA)
Eliminate the need to manually fund disbursement accounts with multiple transfers and still segregate different types of payments such as payroll, dividends, and accounts payable. A Zero Balance account also gives you the ability to track and consolidate deposits that are in multiple accounts to your main operating account. The balances in your ZBA accumulate on a daily basis. However, at the close of business, a single debit or credit entry is made to the ZBA, bringing each ZBA to zero.
ZBA activity is reported clearly on your monthly bank statements. If you are a user of Johnson On-line Cash Management, zero balance transactions are available for viewing on a daily basis.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
An efficient and cost effective method for expanding your employee benefit package. A Johnson Bank Health Savings Account grows tax-free and can be used to cover medical expenses such as annual physicals, immunizations and prescription drugs. In addition, Johnson Bank will manage your employee enrollment.
