Johnson Bank was ranked No. 1 in the country for all regional lenders selling "Relief Refinance" loans to Freddie Mac. Regional lenders include all lenders except the 14 largest lenders designated by Freddie Mac as national lenders. Even when including the 14 national lenders, Johnson Bank ranked in the top 10 nationally in "Relief Refinance" loans originated and sold. Johnson Bank was also listed No. 24 nationally in 2009 in total loan volume sold to Freddie Mac.
